Aidan Turner designs sustainable clothing that brings people together
For Aidan Turner, fashion is more than style—it’s connection and purpose. A college student and Hunter’s Fund grant winner, Aidan has been designing clothes since middle school and now leads Grater Things Threads, a custom clothing brand that began humbly in a basement with a single embroidery machine.
Today, Grater Things Threads produces high-quality apparel that helps organizations raise funds while giving people something they’re proud to wear. “Grater Things Threads is the perfect outlet for me to use my creativity to help others in the world,” Aidan says.
For him, sustainability isn’t just about materials—it’s about creating clothes people want to keep, not discard. His focus is on timeless design, thoughtful messaging, and fostering community through clothing that lasts.
With support from Hunter’s Fund, Aidan is continuing to grow his business and share his creative vision. His brand reflects the fund’s mission perfectly—empowering young entrepreneurs who combine creativity, compassion, and craftsmanship to make a lasting impact.
