Celes Buffard builds a community through honest conversations

Entrepreneurship isn’t always a straight path—and Celes Buffard knows that firsthand. A Hunter’s Fund grant winner, Celes created the Return to Reality Podcast to offer something often missing from conversations about success: honesty.

“I wanted to bring something real to the conversation around entrepreneurship,” she says. Each episode features entrepreneurs sharing both their highs and lows, reminding listeners that growth often comes from struggle. “Not everyone is going to be an overnight sensation—and that’s OK!” Celes emphasizes.
