MuscleMind Fitness
Exercise can improve how people feel as well as how they move. The right guidance can make fitness less intimidating and help healthy habits become part of everyday life.
Haquiem Noel, a graduate student and personal trainer at the University of the West Indies, is developing MuscleMind Fitness to provide science-based coaching tailored to each client goals. He recognized that many people need more than a workout plan. They also need encouragement, reliable assessments, and a place to talk openly about the connection between fitness and mental well-being.
Haquiem has studied sport science, sport psychology, strength and conditioning, and behavior change. His goal is to offer structured coaching while building a supportive community where clients can gain confidence and develop habits they can carry into daily life.
What your support made possible:
Training equipment, a body composition monitor, content tools, and specialized coursework to strengthen his assessments and coaching services.
Because of you... Haquiem can begin building a fitness program that supports both physical strength and personal well-being.
