Justin Press helps job seekers succeed with AI-powered innovation

University of Central Florida senior Justin Press is combining his background in Photonic Science and Engineering with a passion for helping others. With support from his Hunter’s Fund grant, Justin founded Hire Match, an AI-powered job search platform designed to connect people with opportunities that truly fit their skills, goals, and personalities.

“I’ve reviewed hundreds of applications and interviewed countless people,” Justin says. “I know the challenges job seekers face, and I’m committed to making the process easier for them.”

Hire Match goes beyond simple listings—it gives job seekers personalized feedback and actionable improvement tips. For employers, its AI tools streamline the review process by efficiently sorting candidates based on compatibility and potential.

Justin’s goal is to make job hunting less stressful and more empowering. With his grant, he’s scaling Hire Match to reach more users and expand its capabilities. His mission to use technology for good reflects the very spirit of Hunter’s Fund—turning innovation into meaningful impact.
