Hunter’s Fund Outreach Challenge
Official Rules
Overview
The Hunter’s Fund Outreach Challenge is a voluntary fundraising initiative designed to support Safe Driving Week campaigns on college campuses.
Participants may earn entries for prizes by helping raise awareness and support for Hunter’s Fund.
Eligibility
Open to active student participants in approved Hunter’s Fund campaigns who are 18 years of age or older.
Void where prohibited.
Challenge Period
Each Challenge runs during the designated Safe Driving campaigns for participating chapters. Specific dates are determined by chapter leadership.
How to Enter
Outreach Participation
Participants may earn entries by sending outreach messages (text or email) to personal contacts:
Send 5 messages → 1 entry
Send 10 messages → 2 entries
Send 15 messages → 3 entries (maximum)
Participants who complete outreach during the designated sign-up meeting may receive one (1) bonus entry.
Outreach must:
Be sent to personal contacts (family, friends, alumni)
Include a personal fundraising link
Not be sent to bulk lists, group chats, or institutional (.edu) lists

Privacy Notice - Hunter’s Fund will only use BCC’d emails for the purpose of verifying participation in the Outreach Challenge.These emails will not be added to mailing lists, shared, or used for any other purpose.
Free Alternative Method of Entry
No donation, purchase, or outreach activity is required to enter.
Participants may enter by submitting a free Official Entry From provided during the Challenge period by emailing a form request to contest@hunterwatson.org.
Each valid submission receives one (1) entry, subject to entry limits below.
Entry Limits
Maximum of four (4) total entries per participant, regardless of entry method.
Verification
Hunter’s Fund reserves the right to verify participation and entries. This may include review of outreach activity or submission confirmation.
Entries that do not comply with these rules may be disqualified.
Prizes
Prizes may include:
One (1) Grand Prize (approximate value: $200)
Two to three (2–3) additional prizes (approximate value: $25–$50 each)
Occasional small “instant” prizes"
Prizes are non-transferable and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries within each participating chapter.
Drawings will occur shortly after the conclusion of the Challenge.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or donation is required to enter or win.
Conduct
Participants are expected to act in good faith and represent Hunter’s Fund appropriately.
The following are prohibited:
Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
Misrepresentation of the organization
Harassment or inappropriate conduct
Sending to classmates or .edu addresses
Violations may result in disqualification.
Publicity
By participating, entrants agree that Hunter’s Fund may use their name and participation for promotional purposes, where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Hunter’s Fund is not responsible for technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or errors in tracking or administration.
Sponsor Rights
Hunter’s Fund reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge if necessary and to interpret these rules at its discretion.
