Attorneys for Safer Driving is a Hunter’s Fund program bringing together attorneys and law firms committed to reaching young drivers before one distracted decision changes another family forever.
This is not a lawyer-referral program and does not provide participating firms with access to potential clients. It is an opportunity for members of the legal profession to support prevention and help young people avoid the tragedies personal injury attorneys see every day.

Individual Founding Member — $100 Annually
Join a growing alliance of attorneys committed to preventing distracted-driving tragedies.
Your membership helps students share Hunter’s Pledge and encourage their friends and classmates to make safer choices behind the wheel.
Ten attorneys joining at this level can help support one student-led Safe Driving Week.
Founding Law Firm Member — $500 Annually
Support student-led prevention efforts while demonstrating your firm’s commitment to safer communities.
Founding Law Firm Members may receive:
Optional recognition on the Hunter’s Fund website
A digital membership emblem for the firm’s website or LinkedIn page
Updates showing what student campaigns are accomplishing
Opportunities to support a school or community meaningful to the firm
A customized press release recognizing the firm’s support of Hunter’s Fund and distracted-driving prevention
After joining, your firm will receive a link to our brief Media and Firm Information Form. You may provide background information about your firm, an approved quotation, and the local newspapers, business publications, bar associations, or other media contacts you would most like us to reach.
Hunter’s Fund will prepare the release, send it to your firm for approval, and distribute the approved announcement through appropriate national and local media contacts.
The approved announcement may be distributed through Hunter’s Fund’s national media list and to the local newspapers, business publications, bar associations, and other contacts identified by your firm.
The announcement is intended to recognize the firm’s charitable and community support. Hunter’s Fund does not recommend, endorse, or refer clients to participating attorneys or firms.
Nothing will be distributed without your firm’s approval.
Campus Sponsor — $1,000 Annually
Help equip a complete student-led Safe Driving Week that may reach hundreds or thousands of young drivers.
Campus Sponsors may express a preference for supporting a particular school or community, subject to program availability.
Includes the optional customized press-release benefit.
Leadership Member — $2,500 Annually
Help bring Safe Driving Week campaigns to multiple schools and communities.
Leadership Members provide significant support for the materials, guidance, outreach, and staff assistance needed to expand student-led distracted-driving prevention

What Your Membership Supports
Hunter’s Fund provides student volunteers the resources needed to organize a successful Safe Driving Week, including:

Student planning guides
Campaign resources and staff support
During the campaign, student volunteers staff information tables, speak with classmates, collect pledge signatures, and begin conversations about the dangers of distracted driving.
The purpose is not simply to distribute information. It is to give students an opportunity to pause, talk with their peers, and make a personal commitment to safer behavior behind the wheel.

His family created Hunter’s Fund so that his story could help save others.
Today, students across the country carry Hunter’s story forward by encouraging their friends and classmates to make safer decisions behind the wheel.
