Jessie O'Connor, known publicly in some Hunter's Fund materials as Jessica or Jess, has turned her creative drive into Jess Tries to Paint. She creates custom artwork and is building a venture around commissioned pieces that let customers ask for something made especially for them.
Her work has already drawn wider attention, but the larger opportunity is to keep developing the craft, reach more customers, and learn what it takes to build a sustainable creative business around original art.
