Matthew Farrelly helped build Capricious Productions with Cassie Leachman as a music production, artist-management, and record-label venture. Their idea was to create a more supportive path for emerging artists while gaining practical experience in recording, promotion, and the business side of a music career.
The work gave Matthew a chance to help shape a company around the needs of young artists rather than simply asking artists to fit an existing system.
